SHIPPING AND COMPLIANCE

Upon arrival in Australia XMD Motors submits all necessary paperwork to a customs clearance agent who handles the unloading, customs and quarantine related side of the car entering the country. At this point transportation can be arranged for the car to be moved form the port either to a compliance workshop or directly to the customer.

XMD Motors will have in advance discussed the car with a compliance workshop to confirm that there will be no unexpected issues in regards to the car's eligibility or any features of the car which might be unusual. We would also call around several compliance workshops to get the best price (we get a trade price for customers where possible), and we can also make recommendations as to the which compliance workshops in our experience are the more trustworthy ones to save you hassles and have reputable people work on your car.
